Although the researches have been very good attempts, it is observed that many of these researches do display some flaws in them. Even if these flaws are minor, the problem lies in the discrepancies it can create in the statistics related to the research. It is important to understand and point out these flaws so that corrections and modifications can be carried out, and further researches are rendered devoid of them. Good researches will help in accurately defining the weaker areas of the government policies and consequently will help to improve them. they can help in targeting the areas that are deserving of attention and the progress that has been made so far in the different efforts placed in the subject under review.
