The least? Ans.5. Sugars contribute the most to the weight of the food product. There is no other nutritional ingredient present in this item but the mineral Sodium is in concentration of 30 mg. 6. Was the product fortified? Ans.6. Not enriched or fortified. 7. Was there any FDA approved health claim? Ans.7. No FDA approved health claim on this label. 8. Based on the information listed on this food label, I would suggest that this food label can be included into daily eating plan of children, teenagers and adult males and females. Because it provides just 50 calories per serving from carbohydrates and the carbohydrates must make 45- 65% of total daily calorie intake, according to Livestrong website (1), so an average person with 2000 calorie requirement will get 2.5% of daily carbohydrate per serving. However, it is mentioned to provide 4% of total daily values on this label.
