 In health care and in different spheres of the economy there is inequality in the distribution of essential commodities to the people (Camdessus, 1998). But it is also a fact that complete deco modification is not possible as it will break down the laws of economics. But we, the common people have to be aware and create an alternative state with the attributes of a welfare state so that the people can get the maximum health care and can encounter significant escalations in the growth of the economy. 

Cooperation is a precursor for the establishment of effective action within a complex organizational setup. Proper efforts should be given to cooperation and it will be properly evaluated. Concrete arrangement of institutions is necessary such that every citizen receives an adequate level of health care the system should establish a quality standard with national coverage for the population (Mera, 2002).
