Physical health is an important aspect of human life. Youths are outgoing people, very active in both social and physical forms of life. Exercising is very good in controlling blood abnormalities, obesity, and cardiovascular diseases. This means physical inability proves to be an independent factor for the widespread cardiovascular diseases. However, the level of exercise can be a contributing factor. This is the reason why health experts are advising the youths to exercise moderately.Benefits of exercises in youthsCenters for Disease Control and Prevention confirm physical exercise is very important in general body fitness.

It ensures healthy muscles, bones, and the whole body structure. Since it helps burn up unnecessary and harmful body fats, are able to overcome stress, mood disorders. In addition, there is a balance in the level of cholesterol, which ensures normal blood pressure (Sharkey: pp. 199). A recommendation by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is youths between the ages of 7-18 years should actively exercise daily for approximately sixty minutes.Risks of exercises in youthsWeight training requires appropriate postures.

Wrong postures and vigorous exercises can cause health problems for youths. Wrong postures can cause serious injuries to the spinal cord, muscles, and bones due to an imbalance of the gym facilities. Vigorous exercises are very dangerous since they lead to cardiac failure or complications thus causing unexpected deaths among the youth (Fletcher Gerald et al: pp. 858).
