Healthcare Reform Efforts Insert Insert Introduction In the health sector department, various efforts is put in place for the effectiveness of both service delivery as explained below in both in form of the cost ,access and finally the quality of the standard of service or goods to be offered. To begin with, hospitals in both the private and public sector are required to adopt some of the activities in order for them to offer quality production to the health science. Effective operations can help in reducing the cost inquired in the running of the hospitals activities in the following explained ways; to start with, hospitals have to reduce the use of technologies which are more expensive. They and adopt ways that can easily be accessed, human labor have to be utilized for the benefits of the hospitals activities with customer waiting time to be reduced from the time of admission to the time of discharge. On the other hand, increase in patients waiting time results to the reduction of doctor’s productivity and more so the patients may not benefits fully. Reforms With the good and available skilled care, providers can reduce of nursing expense by the employing competent personnel that offer the best service. They can the introduction of software to regulate the number of nurses according to their work competence (David Sterret, 2014). Furthermore, the setup of standardize operation rooms not only with an adequate supply of lower rates of products but also with increase operation rooms to enhance the reduction of distribution cost since quantity discounts are to be offered. With the establishment of employer health insurance, both the employers and employees premiums results in the sharing of the costs and individuals in private health insurance have their cover on health (Juras, 2015). It thus helps to reduce any patients cost-sharing requirements both in private, public, employees, health care providers and finally with the consumers in order to contribute the required amount of the tax. With the insurers benefits from the essential health, various health benefits of ambulance services, hospitalization, maternity care together with the drugs supply to help the patients for the service required. With the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in control, it is believed that the consumers with established choices and plans to use hence reducing any expense down low best on their efforts. To add on, the excess cost of health care might bring issues like the decline of customer turnover to the business leading to the absence of job availability over years (Thomas Rice, 2014). However, with the government in the business, there will be a reduction in business costs by bearing the burden of any cost that can be incurred. However, with the introduction of states health care system, it has created adverse effects to the business in the following ways; firstly, the insurance triple tax and the process of shifting the tax. The government through the World Health Organization (WHO) distinguishing various costs with different countries like France and negotiating in terms of rates for any prescriptions of drugs and with any medical procedures (Juras, 2015). But with universal care system, businesses problems will be reduced since the future costs of health care will go down and wide distribution of costs to all the universal system care with the payments for any cost incurred due to lower cost share for all the entire enterprise in the health sector. With measures to control cost in health organizations, there is, however, cases in important ways on how the medical services can be made available with evidence of the quality of service to be offered. Hospitals have systems to ensure that access to hospital service to many individuals with a single-payer system in case the government will have to pay all the bills on behalf of the people for them to gain additional benefits. In countries like USA, there is reliance for any employer-sponsored for them to access any medical service to be placed in order (Thomas Rice, 2014). Furthermore, the government offered services like health for the purpose of helping and bringing more workers with the introduction of a tax-free system. Nevertheless, the United States insurance program helps those patients with 65 years and above to access any medical services reasonably. In addition, the system will provide all the universal health access for the entrepreneurship preventing the doubt of fear of losing any access to health facilities. Meanwhile, the universal care system usually provides free lunch for any enterprise with money to finance the system since the cost of healthcare will be lower. Besides that, European countries with regulated health systems ensure coverage of the patients paying given fee with probabilities that overall costs will be reduced (Juras, 2015). Additionally, ACA’s believes that reimbursements of the patients results in higher quality with lower cost with clinical integration assisting in addressing all the problems faced health industry together with recommendations for delivery methods enhancing performance appraisal. All these are useful in the integration of medical systems for good service delivery since each individual be responsible for their duties for higher quality delivery to be witnessed. From the independence side for the hospitals, they have made an effort to own their own private hospitals for offering proper patient care to deliver quality services in order to raise more Medicare reimbursement with ACA (David Sterret, 2014). In order to increase DNA efficiency in treatment, specialized and Primary care Physicians (PCP) strengthen the patients care to function effectively. However, improved patient care coordination helps in obtaining better health care raising the number of readmission with Clinical integration (CI) in improving the quality of service to be offered. Therefore, improved prevention care with transitions has led to higher quality PCP care prevention due to higher reimbursement rates. Some results received from specialized after diagnosing with PCP helps in observing patients trends reducing any risk of tests and unexpected procedures. The PCP can send necessary data that it may forget in time of diagnosis in referral leading PCPs being responsible. On issues on how to access health care has led to problems and diseases such as breast cancer and colorectal can be treated much better compared to other countries. In summary for the medical access, people with range of 64 years and those disabled are covered with Medicare and with the provision of (CHIP) helps to cover both women and children together with disabled (David Sterret, 2014). In addition, private players also enjoyed the service given those residents with both uninsured and those that are insured to be considered in health organizations. The sponsored employers in health also enjoy the service of 90% being the residence of the employer together with the private health insurance medical cover to the patients. The health system in USA has helped in planning and financing that helps the citizens to be secured by being single payer, employer sponsorship or and individual buying personal insurance policies. During the introduction of ACA insurance law, the health system was addressed to improve and motivates doctors and other staff to enhance care through organizations (David Sterret, 2014). Moreover, the ACA with the resolution of prohibiting insurance from charging higher premiums, insurance to cover different preventive services, to reduce insurance coverage to rich for Medicaid and finally to promote high income to those above limits. To add to quality services, ACA with services to reduce infectious disease in hospitals to 1%-3% Medicare reimbursement in order to help for the supply of primary care services. The concept brought out by the ACA states that those healthy people will turn away from having health coverage not only when the need to have them. Conclusion If only countries could focus based on medical issues highlighted above, it is evident that the health services to the patients will greatly advance with advancement with medical covers and policies from different countries. Despite the given elements of ACA, it does not however affects the illness before getting the health cover thus benefiting the children for being under control of their parents up to the age of 26 helping many on obtaining any insurance from Medicaid with their rules.
