It is the one of the key sites from the point of view of landscape design in Italy. The Bagnaia area is famous for its aristocratic magnificence, the sixteenth-century Villa Lante. The term “villa” is misrepresentative. The Villa Lante garden is a very famous place in Italy. It is regarded as one of the most attractive Renaissance gardens in Italy. It is the place where people can enjoy serene landscape beauty with a touch of unique architectural design.

Villa Lante is open for the public and provides a combined feature of having a leisurely lunch and walk around the town. At the commencement of the 16th century, Cardinal Raffaele Riario started to create Villa Lante (Italy Heaven, “Villa Lante”).
