Some problems that might arise include murders, continued vandalism and rise in rapes. There should be patrols all over the area, from where the westerners are staying to where the other communities are.

Some of the methods that might be useful include looking at the grievances of the communities, and addressing them. Some community members’ rights can be addressed by granting some rights while others are denied (Fischer & Crowe, 2007). This ensures that certain communities do not have more advantage over the other.The only way that Mike can be able to get the facts right is by launching an investigation.
