SPEECH PRESENTATION College: Introduction Fellow Canadians, in the past years since Quebec Liberal government got into power. There has been development in the countries general welfare in both resource and various sectors of Canadian welfare. The issues that Quebec will campaign on during these elections are rooted in real life, in the experiences of people in every authority area in the country. These issues include; education, living standards, the National Health Service, jobs, crime and security. On each of these issues we will be with you as we have been in the past years of governance. Solutions to these issues are about making different choices, having priorities and that prove our ability to deliver even where money is little (Laird1999). Education The importance of education is known to everyone in the society. The Liberal government which I was and still is a part of promised to raise university tuition money from $2,168 to $3,793 in the period between 2012 and 2017. The government, I can assure you is still working on the education benefits to bring this course of action in place for the benefit of our own young people who we are in the making to be the masters of our own house. Our education program has been through controversies over the years while it has still developed into something substantial in the long run. It is of importance to consider programs that encourage all of Canada and Quebec as one to bring together our young people to schools. Our education system will be subsidized as the English schools were subsidized to ensure every young person in this country obtains a decent education. My government will ensure that. The numbers of children out there are encouraged to return to schools. I will also ensure scholarship programs for our students in order to create expansiveness in their studies. We shall avail necessities for free in our public institutions to ensure smooth running of curriculum matters. Seeing children not benefit from our nations resources is disheartening. We therefore emphasize that these children be encouraged to utilize the available material in schools to benefit intellectually. Living standards I’ve met a large number of people who can barely make ends meet. Families in the entire country are face quiet crisis of ever rising costs. These costs are evident in the prices of oil and in overall way routine of life. Electricity and other bills are especially high. The government has over the years worked around the issue of matters by creating the Quebec Hydro-electricity. Contribution to this investment to subsidize the costs of fuel is a major step in raising the people’s standard of living. This action by the Quebec government is useful in retaining our countries resources. The government in the past few years has worked relentlessly to ensure a fair taxation process (Connolly 2007). The government has incorporated councils to ensure that the costs are well managed for the good of the society as a whole. In Montreal, despite making cuts on their budgets, the council keeps every Sure Start center open to aid affordable childcare. In Quebec, Language councilors have kept English schools affordable so families can find opportunities to educate their children in the language. The council is also creating reduced mortgage payments and making parking affordable. The Quebec government has also put the interest of public transportation to heart. It has concededly regulated fare increases in public transportation on every route. We make it unconditional for energy firms to contribute the lowest tariff there can be to pensioners over the age of 75. We also reduce the tax on pensioners by reducing some of the tax cuts. We return tax cuts by reversing pension tax reliefs the Quebec government introduced for the rich. While all these benefit the society, it does not call for any extra spending. It is a matter of different and better strategizing. Jobs Job crises in Canada affect the population of young people. The government has been involved in setting up such programs for the youth that develop their skill in order to qualify them for work. If that is useful for our young people to learn skills and ways of identifying opportunities. Labor councils have put effort into proving these facts true by involving young people in training and service programs that gain them knowledge. These include apprenticeships in various fields as building. Working is a sign of power and unity. The government has also created bonuses with the banks to assure thousands of young people actual jobs. We have considered also the problem of long term unemployment among our youth. We have had programs to train them on real matters of life. They are trained in business skills and entrepreneurship (Downs 2005). NHS Take a closer look at the NHS. The government has dedicated all its might in ensuring there is improved patient care and facilities. We have ensured that complaints from the nurses were well handled. Their petitions for increment were followed, considered and acted upon accordingly. The working conditions and hygiene are a priority for this government on top of the list for maintenance and improvement. The labor council has worked hand in hand with NHS against its fragmentation. The NHS has provided employment for nurses as an encouragement to job crisis. Crime The question of safety has also been handled to the best ability the Quebec government could afford. By providing training for law enforcement and offering free education to the nation on precaution. The government encourages reporting of criminal or suspicious activities to the authorities. The police departments have been improved in efficiency for quality enforcement of law and order. This engages response to trouble and the ability to handle it tactfully. Though levels of crime rise at times, the government has managed to maintain to the best of its ability, peace through law and order. We look forward to take our community to the times our parents referred to of safety and less crime. We aim at achieving the highest order of cohesion among ourselves and social cordiality that makes everyone feel secure and safe. Even when our parents lived in the past. Change is something we can create by uniting together in values and responsibility for each other. We have encouraged initiatives and movements to fight crime and antisocial behavior that greatly reduces on the budget of the police (Smolla 1992). I believe that law enforcement is not an entirely police duty but that of each one of us in the society. Safety should therefore involve policing by citizens and bearing one another as members of the same community. This policing is by natural intuition and common sense that I believe is the human policing weapon. The police are not perfect, they need compliance and cooperation along with help in their daily activities. In training the activities of the citizens in order to maintain peace governance. This is among the benefits of the new Quebec government that you choose in the next term. Offenders of other people in the society in the new process of governance will not only be put through a correction process, they shall be further be made to apologize to the specific person they offend or fix the wrong they have done. The correction process will all the same obtain the consent in writing of the offenders to carry out activities like these. The acknowledgement will be useful in reducing charges against the offender while rehabilitating him. When offenders confront the consequences of their doings and meet their victim, they understand what they did and the damage they caused. This actually makes some lose their motivation to commit crime: it puts them to the right path. The police in Montreal have put the necessary takes into an accounts general progress. We wish to help police and the authority keep their powers all the same. This creates for prevalence of the initial methods over the few adjustments to be create (Fox 1982). The Quebec Liberal Party and its government is known for its equality and reasonability in matters of political interest and those that revolve around governance of the nation. The Conservatives have been seen in the public offering seats and positions to members of the party with the amount of wealth that person owns and his contribution to financial welfare of the Party. Quebec Liberals out of pretense offers Canadians free and fairly merited leadership. Its leadership promises honesty and transparency in the period of power toward Canada. We shall maintain the unity of Quebec especially and improve on the peace by protecting our people around the borders. Conclusion These are our agendas that we are campaigning for in our appealing that are necessary for each day. These are the values that Canada needs more now than it will ever need. We wish to work together with the citizens of Canada not just as authority over you but as partners in the development of our beloved nation. We are grateful to all Canadians and other political parties as well that have been useful in keeping the Quebec government on its toes to perform its duties to the people of Canada References Connolly, J.
