This is because the colonies contemplated on being treated in a better manner that portrayed humanity. The feelings of having privileges similar to those of Englishmen were desired. The American colonists had a different way of undertaking their activities even though they emigrated from Great Britain. In the American region, individuals carried on their activities even without seeking permission from Great Britain, which was considered to control the region as a colony. The British argued that colonies were formed, in order to, be utilized for the success of the colonialists, therefore, had to contain a crown, as well as a parliament. Consequently, the British administration showed no support for the issues of having a crown as well as the legislature. The acts that had been undertaken by Great Britain represented rules that were carried out by Lord North. They infringed the liberties of the American populace and restricted their lives within their country. Once more, this action made the colonists feel the British had gone too far in the event of 1774 where the Intolerable rules and Acts were legislated to discipline them for the Boston Tea Party (BTP). This was the most influential cause of the colonists’ uprising. The Acts were a succession of rules by Lord North, Britain’s prime minister. This act dishonored the rights of the American populace and hindered the entire of colonies daily existence. The Quartering Rule aggravated colonists who did not fancy militia, particularly the Redcoats. Quebec Rule was a straight affront to the Americans. In this Act, the Americans were deprived of the equivalent kinds of privileges that the people living in Quebec now have. Both of this Acts and rules request the Liberty of the colonists since their liberty was partial and disregarded. The Intolerable Acts started the radical bravery to a fever pitch as opposed to muting the colonists. Following the declaration of their own independence, the Americans had to fight to achieve it (Poulakidas, 43). In 1776 New Jersey, George Washington triumphed past the Hessian Army at Trenton. After a few days, he won against the British colonialists at Princeton. In response, the colonialists ejected the colonist natives from their places of residence in Pennsylvania. In the fall of 1777, the British army invaded Philadelphia under the command of Commander Howe James. The British army was almost in the entire America and appeared to be triumphing in every clash until Saratoga. The British army prepared to unite on Saratoga and ambush the Americans to compel them to capitulate; this resulted in the convulsion of the entire New York. Commander John Burgoyne was the only British commander to turn up for this skirmish. This resulted to his defeat and thus John gave in his full troop to Horatio Gates an American commander in 1777. This was a dramatic conquest to the whole world, and France resolute to send funds and hordes to aid the Americans. The British started to center extensively in the southern America where they triumphed so much. Although the British won almost every battle, the colonists did not give up and they defeated the British in the Kings Mountain Battle of Southern California.
