The Ideologies Of Islam And Christianity What would (or do) these political theologies look like and how they contribute? When it comes to comparing two ideologies, it is clear that In a Saudi trial, the testimony of one man equals that of two women. Again, there are no references in the Shariah that indicate that.Islam goes strictly with the Shariah law that has also dictated politics. An amber is usually a leader that leads the council. The council gives their opinion and advice to the amber to rule the community.Islamic law tends to be formed through careful observation and education that Islamic jurists receive through issuing fatwas through sharia. Islam claims Sharia law to be successful because of its revelation from God.Therefore, the ideal nation which embraces Islamic law will ultimately be perfect.The sharia is characterized as a discussion on the duties of Muslims.Sharia, translated as "the way" in Arabic, refers to the body of legislation that regulates a Muslim's lifestyle. These laws derive from interpretations of the Qur’an, the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad, and his actions. Islam, therefore, parallels the judgments of God with those of His final messenger because the medium through which both travels is a man who God has trained to embody perfection. A prophet or a messenger is a testament to sharia since he claims the word of God that is seen through his wisdom and knowledge. Christianity works in the same venture as Islam in many elements. The Bible gives divine authority to the King and the council.The King usually leads his court to ultimate decision making and has divine authority as it is granted by God. Christianity is very keen in giving the Church divine power, with no separation of church and state. As a matter of fact, this realm dominated many empires for ages. What might be some of the consequences of these theologies for domestic and international politics? The consequences of these politics are that they clash against modern values that are part of society. For instance, religion has not given women any political power. These type of patriarchy is detrimental in other parts of the world itself because it confines power to one source. Secondly, religion does not have the capacity to understand the modern dynamics of economic principles. For instance, Interest or usury in both religions if forbidden, which clashes against western ideals of capitalism.The clash between western ideals and religion itself has been a huge factor.Can Islam and Christianity understand maturity and equity of bonds and how they dictate modern day finances? The answer is clearly no. Religion conflicts with globalization as stated before.The significance of the long 19th century was the fact that it was a turning point in which industrialization began. Globalization and industrialization became the focal aspect as countries began to run in the manufacturing realm. In other parts of the world, many religion-oriented countries have refused this which has killed the growth of the country. Withouta doubt, globalization allowed a system of seamless integration in which trade was cultivated within countries. This is vital to understand as new countries can fight poverty because of this idea. Politics and religion can clash because of the concept of divine power.Democracy is more than a political system, it is an attribution of mechanisms that developed over time for the people. The keyword in Democracy is that in its purest form, it is for the people. The Jeffersonian and Hamilton ideals are the manifestation of these ideas. The laws are created and governed by the people, to serve the people. This concept of liberation has been the focal point of Americans since the era of colonies to modern-day America. The ideals of democracy have been created from expressing individuality rather than conforming to a traditional mainstream society. America continues to take a great pride in individuality from many facets. Individualism, a key element that makes us feel special as Americans because we believe in the ideal principles of Individualism. Religion decimates the idea of individualism and makes the obligation to God the pure focal point of life. One of the worst elements as a result of this is the fact that it leads to religious wars. It has been evident that religious wars have been plaguing the global forces- both internally and externally for ages.Religious wars between Muslims and Christians and even within the realms of Muslims have plagued globalization. Often times, these leaders pick the notion of religion as the central point of divine authority, which may not be logically based on circumstances of modern society. In the international realm, the clash between Shariah and Democracy is prevalent. The Middle East has been under huge turbulence due to this factor. The second element in this regards is the fact that it deters a community to grow in essence. The confinements of religion may be detrimental in many aspects. First and foremost, it deters growth because of cultural and religious taboo. For instance, Saudi Arabia has no women rights- which deters the government from growing in the name of religion. Religion can be abused by divine authority for personal ambitions, which can have a macro effect towards the country.In a Saudi trial, the testimony of one man equals that of two women. Again, there are no references in the Shariahthat indicate that.If a woman is faced with rape charges, she will be stoned to death. Although this is the same situation for the men also, it does bring concerns about humanitarian issues in general.The women's inferiority has no doubt been the focal point in all the statutory laws in the Middle East. Nonetheless, it is nothing but ignorance towards the distinction between religion and the thirst for power. How are these two political theologies and the political outcomes they have inspired similar or different?  I think one element that both Shariah and Christian law to embed political ideologies are the rights or morals of government. Before the advent of this religion embed morals to the government. As a matter of fact, common law is being embraced by many societies was because of the morality that was instilled by religion.For many centuries, Divine command theory dictated morals in society rather than common laws because it was evident that religion’s supreme authority surpassed the finite minds of human logicLaw and government’s purpose is to protect society, create statutory laws that govern and secure the interest of the people. As a matter of fact, these are the same principles that are embedded in Democracy. This is embedded in democracy as depicted in American legal system.The Social contract theory is a philosophy that social contract theory is rightly associated with advanced theories. Great philosophers such as Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, and Jean-Jacques Rousseau are known as the pioneers of the social contract theory. The social contract theory is known to support humanitarian efforts.
