Topic: Resolving Inequity Inequitable Payment Employers and employees have been facing many challenges to run their professional life efficiently. Many employees are not satisfied about the payment criteria comparing to the working hours. Less payment does not motivate them on working hard for the beneficial output of the organization (Mondaq, 2011). As an employee, I am not satisfied with my current salary paid by the organization, and I want to resolve this issue with the help of “Employee Compensation Strategies.

”Employee Compensation StrategiesAccording to these strategies, the companies should pay their workers based on performance. Performance based payment plans have different approaches, but focus is on the exact definition of the job duties and performance checking against expectations. If the employee exceeds expectations then he deserves the bonus. Bonus based strategy also increases the revenues for the organizations (Mondaq, 2011). Acquired Needs Theory: Need for Achievement, Power & AffiliationDavid McClelland presents the theory that the needs of employees change over time as a result of their job experiences.

It is the right of everyone that he gets “an aspiration for achievement, power and affiliation (Portal, 2014)”. 1. Need for achievementThe individuals who want to work hard to achieve their life goals and objectives are ever ready to accept challenging projects. These employees want to work alone or like to be a part of the achievers’ group. They should be paid highly because of their brilliant skills.2. Need for PowerEmployees, who need power, prefer to work on contract-based jobs. They are natural leaders, so the organizations should give them authority to manage other people.3. Need for AffiliationThese types of employees seek appreciation from others for their professional activities.

They are very friendly so they should be assigned to cooperative environments to work.ConclusionI am a flexible person by having all professional qualities to adjust in every type of organization. I am not satisfied with my current payment, which should be resolved after analyzing my quality of work. I would prefer a performance based payment initiative to judge my real worth to the organization and the actual remuneration that I should be receiving.BibliographyMondaq. (2011, November 29). UK: Five Top Employee Retention Strategies.
