E-recruitment will allow the company to reach a wide array of potential workers, which increase the range of stakeholders that human resource managers have to handle. It is likely that the range of stakeholders might reduce at the beginning because some might not trust the use of e-recruitment, especially in China. In the long term, human resource managers will be able to have a wide range of stakeholders who trust e-recruitment.

In the long-term, e-recruitment will make recruitment efficient and cheap. Therefore, Microsoft will be able to save money by using online platforms to hire workers. In respect to the managers, e-recruitment will contribute to company success because the organization can attract the best talents. A good business will have an increased range of stakeholders. In conclusion, e-recruitment will reduce the range of stakeholders at the beginning. The range will not reduce with a significant figure.
