To explore the parameters that are used to adopt cloud computing in non-healthcare organizations6. To develop and test a cloud computing adoption model to be used in the healthcare sectorRationale:It is necessary to have a way in which technology is to be adopted. This will be addressed with the use of the cloud computing model. It is significant to have the model because it will help address the issues of security and data organization. The model will address such factors as the security issues, the compatibility issues, and governance of data.

These are pertinent issues that need to be addressed because the healthcare organizations have sensitive information that need to be protected. There are also issues of compatibility that need to be addressed because of the source of data. The healthcare organizations get data from different sources.
