My brother and I also use unique terms, like we have assigned names to persons we know, and we use those names while talking about them. Nobody else in the family knows about those names. For example, we have named our uncle Mr. Grumpy. Whenever we talk about him in a funny aspect, we use this name, and no one else gets to know what we are talking about. Moreover, we usually discuss many sensitive issues that we would never discuss with our parents, like dating or going out with friends in movies. We do not ask one another permission while using one another’s things. We just say for example, “Hey! I’m taking your pen,” and the other person always replies, “Ok, I allow,” with the first person replying, “Who asked by the way!” This way, we have made our communication interestingly person-centered.
