These impacts are visible at various societal settings that are involved in influencing the cultural dimensions. Internationalisation has in turn affected the heterogeneity of the cultural dilemmas and influenced the global cultural impacts on the local or community culture. In this nature of the changed and globalised world, the need for journalism has even emerged. Global journalism has evolved with the change in the pattern of news reporting as well as news styles. The changing needs of the consumers and greater accountability of the media in the present era has in turn influenced the process of reporting and developed the concept of global journalism. The changing global as well as local environment has in turn influenced the different approaches in the process of reporting and has brought in massive changes in the stream of journalism (Cooper & Owen, 2014; Ward, 2008). With a mode of greater dependency on technologies, there has been an enormous change in the process of reporting and developing a contemporary style to meet with the elated needs of the consumers. In this regard, several media channels irrespective of their mode of operations are developing their processes of broadcasting to meet with the needs of information of the present generations. Like all other global media and reporting channels, Al Jazeera is developing the broadcasting procedures to enhance its acceptance as well as reputation in the global market. In this context, the essay elaborates on the contemporary processes of media communication. In addition, the discussion emphasizes the different needs of media communication in Al Jazeera for having a better understanding about the procedures of gathering and framing information. Journalism and Techniques of Gathering and Framing Information Globalisation and Journalism With the change that has been incorporated within the society by globalisation, a vast alteration has been observed in the global media. This intermingled nature of the society has in turn affected the cultural dimension present within the society. Journalism has emerged to be an integrated part for developing public relations across societies. The changed nature of reporting that is imposed by the globalised world has a huge impact on the different societal settings (Cooper & Owen, 2014). With its initial root from business reporting, journalism has evolved in various segments of the society and has emerged to be a credible source for reporting events. According to Knight (2003), due to the integration of new players in the system of transmitting different information, the mode of information sharing has undergone a vast change. These changes are majorly visible in the modes of gathering and framing news through different sources. Streamlining of international news has been majorly challenged by the use of internet and various other technologies that are incorporated within the society for globalisation and advent of technology (Knight, 2003). As per the above-mentioned incorporations, the different channels and information sharing agencies are developing the processes to share information internationally and develop their credibility in this era of globalisation. Like other companies. Al Jazeera has planned to develop the mode of framing news by enhancing mode of gathering and framing news to meet with the challenges of global journalism. The company initially launched its news source as an Arabic news channel. Slowly the company developed its various peripherals to meet with the diverse needs of people and align with the needs of the globalised culture. The recent changes in globalisation have incorporated a new set of challenges that involves the use of the postmodern media and development of a modernised way of information sharing (Aljazeera Network, 2014). There has been a vast change in the different sources of information gathering that is highly influenced by the use of modes of information sharing within the society. With the increased level of globalisation, there has been a huge flow of information. Rapid development in technologies and massive change in the mode of information sharing has imposed an immense amount of stress on the patterns of journalism (Aikat, 2004). Additionally, Schulz (2004) noted that the communication media on different social systems have incorporated a huge change. With the integration of different syndromes, the heterogeneous nature of the global culture has implemented a huge change in the nature of communication through various media technologies. This change in the social system that is incorporated with globalisation has affected the mode of information sharing through the use of contemporary media (Schulz, 2004). Data Gathering in Al Jazeera With the recent changes integrated by globalisation, there has been a huge revolution in the process of communication within the social level. Alteration in the pattern of global communication is evident based on the fact that relating to the use of different technologies and enhanced mode of participative learning. Internationalisation of different concepts has in turn incorporated the need of participative journalism (Appadurai, 1996). The difference in the segregation and utilisation of the news has implemented a challenging task on the media communication channels. New development of a global cultural society has in turn imposed a complex model that is likely to affect the growth of journalism and media. The perpetual development of props that has changed the mode of communication has highly influenced journalism in the global media (Allan, 2005). With the development of ‘global civil society’, the communication system has become highly rigorous. The management of the newly developed public sphere has been observed to be complex and needs a continuous monitoring of the flow of information. The interlinked nature of the society as a part of globalisation has created an impact on the changing needs of the globalised world (Castells, 2008). Due to changing global scenario, information sharing as well as use of media to communicate with public has also altered. With the incorporation of different technologies and modes of information sharing, there has been a revolution in the use of various resources for sharing information (Reese, 2009). Al Jazeera to meet with the expectations of the public and to develop its methods of information sharing has revolutionised its paradox. Accordingly, Al Jazeera developed an efficient system of information sharing. With the fragmentation of communication system brought in by globalisation, there has been a vast change in the mentality of people and even affected the mode of communication (Hafez, 2009). The company has been effectively developing the mode of information sharing in order to enhance global presence (Aljazeera Network, 2014). Al Jazeera has aligned with different local network channels to provide the global people with efficient news. The traditional mode of news sharing followed a limited peripheral that anticipated information is to be shared in the global domain. It has been even observed that the orthodox method of information sharing provided a limited access of the foreign media in the domestic peripherals. However, globalisation has imposed turmoil that catalyst the mode of operations and even influenced the synthesis of data at large (Hafez, 2009). The company in order to meet with the information sharing needs and to develop its image globally has been integrating efficient information technology that include TV and social media technologies among others with the intention of enhancing its credibility to perform (Aljazeera Network, 2014). Moreover, for improving its global presence, the company has even developed the mode of information gathering. The development of the bureaus to broadcast data has been one of the major strategies incorporated by the company to enhance the credibility of the organisation and developed the methods of information collection (Carpenter & et. al., 2009; Pamela, n.d.). Data Framing in Al Jazeera The relative stability of the linear flow of information has characterised a huge impact on the different concepts of information sharing. This is even noted that with the development of blogs and networks, there has been a huge change in the mode of information sharing. With the development of public information sharing processes, a massive shift has been identified in the sphere of information analysis. With the development in technologies and information network, changes in the process of information sharing has been witnessed to a large extent. Conversely, this has even made it difficult for news sharing agencies to assess the news that are being shared within the different peripherals (Riegert, 2011). Framing of news in the present globalised society can have a huge impact on the different cultural domain. It has been noted that with increasing integration among different cultural domains has a huge impact on the operations of other societies. In addition, framing of news can lead to severe situations in the era of an integrated global society (Heinrich, 2010). In this regard, Al Jazeera is dealing with a severe challenge of information sharing to prevent framing of data. It has been further observed that to meet with the dynamic needs of the different organisations involved with media, the organisations are required to control their information sharing for better flow of information within the society (Carpentier & et. al., 2009). To suffice the needs of the present day media requirements, Al Jazeera has been developing the process of information sharing and improving mode of communication, so that better interconnectedness can be achieved within the community. This is even likely to enhance the credibility of the company in terms of presenting news effectively across the globe (Aljazeera Network, 2014). Globalisation has been changing the perspective of media ownership and the rise of public participation in information sharing. It has been identified that due to rapid flow of information, there has been a massive shift in the process of information sharing. The events and news that are shared in a particular domestic domain can even lead to mass movements across the globe. The changed agendas in the news sharing processes needs to be monitored at a continuous basis to enhance the credibility of the news and to prevent from any unscrupulous situations (Riegert, 2011). In this regard, Al Jazeera has been streamlining data and has been controlling the flow of information to meet with the challenges of the changing times. The drastically changing global scenario has been also noted to impose a huge amount of threats that may lead to mass movements in the present time. With the increased interconnectedness among the different sections of the society, news broadcasting has been made in a time as well as cost effective manner. Thus, exact flow of information has become one of the most important parts of the society (Bignell, n.d.). The company duly manages the changes by enhancing media peripherals to manage controversies in different sectors of the globalised society (Pamela, n.d.). Assessment of News in Al Jazeera Al Jazeera has emerged to be one of the most popular information-sharing agents in different sectors of the globalised society. The development of information sharing has been one of the major Unique Selling Protocol (USP) aspects for the company. To meet with the changing needs of the globalised civil society, the company has been developing the information sharing procedure to meet with the challenges posed by the heterogeneous nature of the globalised culture. Planning has been made by the company relating to develop information-sharing domain better than the Anglo American worldview with the view to develop news sharing (Aljazeera Network, 2014; Bird & et. al., 2012). To enhance the information-sharing domain, the company has developed 24hr reporting system to increase the flow of information and even communicate to greater masses. Furthermore, the company has been enhancing and developing the peripherals in the developed economies to increase credibility and develop its ability to meet with the elated needs of the society. Development of an information-sharing network would enhance the ability of the company to meet with the global needs of information sharing and further develop the organisational credibility to perform (Carpenter & et. al., 2009). Al Jazeera has emerged to be one of the major information sharing agencies at the time of emergency. However, the channel has even faced a huge amount of challenge to share information regarding certain news sharing. This has made the organisation even more conscious about the different modes of news sharing it has been following with the aim of building reliability to assess news that may lead to discrepancies in global domain (Stroud, 2014; Martin & Crowley, n.d.). Gathering of relevant information and channelizing the same has been the USP of the company, which has acted as a positive development for the same. The company has been developing satellite network system to enhance its global presence. In the initial years, the station gained popularity after broadcasting footages of the Al Qaida chief Osama Bin Laden post Trade centre attack. Presently, the network runs around 65 news bureaus across the globe with the major concentration in the gulf area. With the different inclusion of news gathering and broadcasting, the company has even developed its bureau in major cities namely Washington DC and London. Furthermore, to gain popularity, the company has been inclined towards broadcasting news through internet for making its presence across different sections of the globe (Pamela, n.d.). Conclusion From the above discussion and analysis, information has been one of the major requirements of the present era and has evolved to be the basis to create revolution. It has been further observed that with the elated level of flow of information, there has been a massive shift in the process of assessment of different information. In this context, enormous flow of information has been a huge challenge for media to manage the same and assess the exact flow. Conversely, there have been situations relating to framed information that have creating a huge impact on social media and affecting the social settings prevalent within the society. With the development of a proper settings and enhancing the proper flow of information, it is most obvious to maintain a framework for the development of the process of information sharing. It has been further noted that synthesis of data has been one of the major challenges of the present day. The company has been developing the process of information collection to collect exact data and maintain the credibility of reporting. Furthermore, with the increased needs of reporting and developing the image as responsible entities, the company has enhanced its mode of broadcasting to prevent inappropriate framing of data.
