In law, leadership is quite essential for an effective outcome (Monopoli, 2013). To solve a case effectively, good leadership is quite vital and it goes hand in hand with managing or managerial skills.

Leadership in Law aims to serve up the legal vocation by equipping participants with the apparition, knowledge as well as skills necessary to dish up as leaders in the line of work and society as a whole. Leadership is accompanied by several goals as stated below:
- To cherish effectual leadership with approbation to ethical, proficient as well as community service issues.
- To build dealings among legal leaders from athwart the state as well as from across disciplines bordered by the occupation.
- To raise the height of consciousness amongst lawyers regarding the broad choice of issues in front of the legal vocation.
- To augment the diversity of leaders inside the legal profession and the society at large.

There are several leadership styles, Leadership is less regarding your personal needs, and more concerning the needs of the individuals and the association you are governing or leading. These Leadership styles are not things to be tried out on like lots of suits, to observe which fits. somewhat, they should be tailored to the meticulous demands of the state of affairs, the particular necessities of the people concerned and the meticulous challenges in front of the association.

Democratic is my best style of leadership (Monopoli, 2013). This style draws on an individual’s knowledge as well as skills and creates a cluster commitment to the consequential goals. It works finest when the course that the association should take is indistinct, and the leader wishes to tap the combined wisdom of the cluster. I like using the democratic style of leadership most of the time because it is always the best when compared to the others.

Democratic style of leadership is the direction that law enforcement leaders ought to take. Superior law enforcement leaders necessitate taking long-term, tactical views when mounting budgets as well as policies. I do not support promoting an atmosphere of fear, but I believe we need to sensibly evaluate the workforce, and training, in addition to the equipment needs of our bureaus as well as make appropriate suggestions for future leadership skills as well as funding. I still believe that a democratic style of leadership is the best and law enforcement leaders ought to follow it by all means.
