Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf Thesis: Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf is a document that preaches anti-semitism through explaining how the Jews are responsible for the sufferings of the German people. Hitler also declares that the Jews are parasites that invade a culture to dominate it through their cunning ways. Brief Description of Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf: Mein Kampf begins with a description of racial purity. In this description, Hitler talks about how Aryan races being diluted. He uses examples from America and South America in order to demonstrate how Gremanic races have been mixed or diluted. He emphasizes on Aryan blood losing its main identity in this way. Form this description of pure blood and mixed blood, Hitler begins to build upon his ideas. He goes on to talk about civilizations. He relates how civilizations disappear because of pure blood being diluted, and includes how outsiders might gradually work their way in to an Aryan race, slowly taking control. While Hitler discusses outsiders working their way into an Aryan culture, his main focus drifts towards the Jews. He sees the Jews as a complete opposite of the Germans. To Hitler, the Germans are pure and have all the great characteristics. The Jews on the other hand, are like 'parasites'. Hitler also holds the Jews responsible for the state of false consciousness the world is in, and the manner in which they manipulate people through the media. Hitler finally says that the sorry state the working class is in today is because of Jews with their crafty and exploitive ways. Analysis of Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf: Mein Kampf is believed to be one of the main documents written by Adolf Hitler that provoked a significant degree of anti-Semitism. Mein Kampf is therefore believed to be one document among others that had preached anti-semitism. To some individuals, this document may not seem anti-semitic. This is because to a point it lays down facts about human race and how new races or civilizations are established. Mein Kampf explains the manner in which nations are at risk when they allow too many people of another race into their land. Hitler believes that the German Aryan race is at risk because the Jewish presence there. He does not just declare that the Jews are a risk to the German nation, but he gets down to explaining why they are so. Hitler believes that the Jews resort to worming their way into different cultures that have high quality. This is why Hitler refers top the Jews as parasites. Hitler says that the Jews have no real culture of their own, and spread into different cultures and territories like parasites. Hitler also says that the Jews are parasites because they do not really care for their fellow Jews. Like parasites, Jews happen to spread into different cultures absorbing what they can gain from and silently abuse those cultures. With these parasite-like characteristics, they manage to do a lot of damage like "a parasite in the bodies of other nations". As a statesman, it must be realized that Hitler did take an extremely dangerous step by writing a document like Mein Kampf. This is because this document is inspirational and had the power to turn people's minds. Many like-minded Germans may not have actually participated in the holocaust itself that took place during the Second World War, but they probably agreed with the points that Hitler lay down. Surely, if a nation got to know what the Jewish people were in general doing to the German nation, why would any German mind if the Jews were expelled However, for many German people at that time, concentration camps probably were nowhere in their thoughts. Hitler's closest officers and the subordinates however may have been extremely inspired. Perhaps, it is such documents by the nation's leader that intensified their actions. This means that carrying out an exodus of Jewish people out of Germany may have become much easier. Torturing the Jews on their way there and then placing them in concentration camps may have been a result of Hitler's Mein Kampf and other anti-Semitic writings. Aside from the manner in which lower ranking officials in the Nazi regime favored anti-semetism, some scholars believe that the people in general conformed to the Nazi regime that took control. However, it is worth noting that there was a major difference between the way that the people in general disliked Jews and the way that the Nazi regime was radically anti-semetic. Also, there is evidence of the campaigns that the Nazi regime carried out in order to increase anti-semetism against the Jews. However, in spite of these campaigns, the general mood of the people regarding the fate of the Jews did not coincide with Nazi regime eventually carrying out the holocaust. The reason why Mein Kampf is largely observed as a bad idea is because the German leader wrote it. Had Mein Kampf been written and presented by another author it might have been looked at a little differently. Although the content of the document largely demeans Jews and observes them as parasites, other parts of the document make interesting reading. This refers to the racial integration that produces newer races and civilizations. If only it were not written to serve as a base for anti-semitic sentiments. Apart from describing Mein Kampf as a document that incites anti-semitic sentiments, it also focuses on the manner in which the working class has suffered at the hands of the bourgeoisie. For many people on the side of the working class, this is not something to be ignored. Hitler also builds upon the manner in which the bourgeoisie is pretentious regarding the issues of the working class. He exposes the manner in which they pretend to understand, sympathize and solve the problems of the working class. In this document Hitler announces that the Germans are a pure race, and that the Jews are parasites and are the opposite of the Germans.
