?Origins of Species by Charles Darwin My Opinion Darwin’s theory of the origin of species s that all types of plants and animal species in the world evolved through the process of mutation or evolution. Darwin’s ideas brought several arguments in the world and, in fact, revolutionized the way human beings viewed religion and philosophy. Darwin’s theory revolutionized science or field of biology. Critic opinions against Darwin’s theory have wondered where the earth’s living creatures originated. Darwin’s theories that all types of species had nothing to do with creation theory stun some people in the world who believed in Christianity. The creator of all species in the world is God. The bible outlines that humankind originated from God; therefore, believing in Darwin’s theory would be against God’s teachings (Keith 6). The complex nature of the human body systems cannot be attributed to the simple facts on mutation. The complexity of the human body systems such as the heart and the brain should not be attributed to evolution. There is a supernatural being behind the existence of all species. If human beings cannot believe that computer and the nature of their complexity did not evolve? , Why then attribute the complexity of all species to mutation? (Carroll 32) Darwin’s origin of species states that human beings experience several changes in several years. However, that for a number of years now, all species of animals or plants has remained the same. Organic beings, even if they were at some point in time perfectly adapted to their surrounding, had not shown any sign of change, even when their conditions changed. Unless conditions of each location in the earth, and the members of different species in the country, have undergone several mutations, then we can assert evolution is real (Meyer 7). It is evident that none of the animals and plants in the world, of which we know anything, has changed in the several years of earth’s existence; not a case has been reported in the world. Several animals have remained unchanged for several years. Even in situations whereby they have migrated to other regions of different climatic conditions over vast distances. In the world, during the last thousands of years, the conditions of life, as far as we know, have remained absolutely uniform. If mutation were to be true, then species would continue to mutate up to the present time (Carroll 33). Further, to counter the origin of species, human beings should ask their selves, how it can be possible that a variety live side by side with parent species when both of them live in different or slightly different conditions of life. In the case of animals that move freely in the face of the earth, their varieties seem to be confined to specific locations. Those supporting the origin of species theory should learn that animals live under different circumstances and locations. If mutation was to be true, then these varieties of animals would totally be different from each other (Meyer 5). Distinct species of animals never differ from each other in a single character. It should be asked, how it always comes that many parts of specie had to undergo several mutations at the same time. There is no evidence in Darwin’s theory showing that all parts of specie underwent mutation simultaneously. Those in support of mutation say that mutation took place in successive variations. That mutation would begin in one part then proceed to other organs of the body; they would appear as if all parts have simultaneously developed. In addition, natural selection proposes that families of plants and animals only differ in terms of their morphological character. This may not be particularly beneficial to the welfare of the species. Further, the length of tails and ears of different species appear to be of no service, and therefore, cannot have been influenced through mutation. It should also be noted that the arrangement of cells in the tissues and on the plant leaves could not have been due to mutation (Keith 9). Darwin’s theory of mutation relied on several thousand of years, Mutation in different plants and animals occur slowly. Mutation might take several years for an organism to develop into a entirely different one. Further, it would also take thousands of years for a water body to wear a way so as to create a new geological phenomenon. If the earth had been created in few thousand years a go, the mutation would make no sense (Keith 9). Other Critics Opinion Evolution does not provide evidence as to how the world evolved. Or they do not come up with a common law stating how nothing can mutate to become something. There was nothing in the earth; therefore evolution could not have occurred. Those in support of evolution and the origin of life tend to avoid this difficult question to answer. Most critics arguing against evolutionists say that the theory of origin of life is not based on the origin of life. Evolution puts more emphasis on the unknown while Christians put their emphasis on God. The major argument here is that if you can’t achieve anything out of nothing, then it is pointless to discuss the idea. Without the supernatural being, human beings would not have existed (Rose & Steven 39). In addition, how could human beings derive their life fro non life? Evolutionists have not been able to provide evidence on how life can emerge from non living things. Soil can never turn into living plants and animals in the garden. It is worth noting that humans originated from something that already exists and possesses life. Living plants and trees can only come into existence through seeds from other plants. Imagine a situation whereby there are no living creatures in the face of the earth, whether trees or animals, and only rocks and soil is covering the face of the earth. How can living creatures suddenly fill the face of the earth from the non living creatures? It is a fact that none of the species in the world, of which we know anything, has shown changes in mutation in last few thousand years, no evidence of evolution has been identified in the world. Several animals have remained unchanged for several years. Even in situations whereby they have migrated to other regions of different climatic conditions over vast distances. In the world, during the last thousands of years, the value of life has not changed and has remained perfectly uniform. If mutation were to be true, then species would continue to mutate up to the present time (Collins 45). According to Darwin, simple life forms had to originate from evolution of complex life forms. However, there is no evidence that can prove the validity of this assertion. Instead, evolutionists try to explain the idea that simple life forms were as a result of mutations and through natural selection. The critics and my opinion agree in the paper because both are supporting the creation perspective of life. The two points of view oppose evolution ideas proposed by Charles Darwin that life originated through evolution. The assertion the human beings evolved from ape like creatures lacks evidence. The different fossils used by evolutionists do not show any continuous process of evolution into the present state of human fossils. The creator of all species in the world is God. In the example of animal species that are capable of migrating to other regions, their varieties seem not to be fixed to specific locations. Individuals supporting the origin of species theory should learn that animals live under different circumstances and locations. If mutation was to be true, then these varieties of animals would totally be different from each other. Further, human beings cannot be claimed to have evolved from primates and that human beings and other animals such as monkeys and baboons share the same origin. If this is the case, then there would be other changes being experience in these animals life or in their attempt to mutate in a complete human being. This has not been the case in several thousands of years since the world was crated. For evolution to be credible, human beings should be able to see whether the process is continuing or no. the process of evolution seems to have stopped several years ago, as claimed by evolutionists Conclusion Complex coordination system in the plants and animals could not have been as a result of evolution. The complex nature of the human body systems cannot be attributed to the simple facts on mutation. The complexity of the brain, the circulatory system, and the nervous system should not be attributed to evolution. There is a supernatural being behind the existence of all species.
