This explains why its content and readability are accommodative to such kids. In this prologue, Mary provides the mysteries surrounding the treehouse that Annie and her brother have encountered. Its protagonists are Annie and Jack. On the other hand, the setting was done in ancient Japan.In their adventures, Annie and Jack are whisked back to ancient Japan. Here, they find themselves exploring different places and coming into contact with a lot of creatures. After crossing the river, they find themselves in a cave that belongs to a ninja.

Surprisingly, they establish a good rapport with the ninja with whom they traverse different places. At the same time, they get an opportunity to learn much about their secrets especially before meeting the evil samurai warriors. As the story unfolds, these kids later give in to the forces of nature and opt to follow Peanut before eventually crossing the river back to the treehouse.
