A million dollars worth technology could be outdated in coming few years. 4.       Technology transfer problem-Technology transfer means a shift from the experimental spots to the working places.  This transfer can improve the productivity capacity, potential ability and in lump sum, profit 5.       Changing demographics-Diversity in the ethnicity, language, voice tone, race, gender can be observed easily in a vast work place in any organization. There are many potential benefits of training.  It’s difficult for the low-skilled worker to do tasks without any errors. Training can be helpful for such those employees to decrees the error level to the minimal one.  Training can guide the potential workers to get maximum level of production from the tasks they are assigned for.  Their work could be prominent in the sense of quality leading to enhance overall reliability.  Less number of employees but with high level skill, possible through training, can be utilized to get good result leading to decrees staffing cost.Q.8 List and explain the principles of learning.

Schedule: Basic principles of learning could be such as making a schedule for the study. Location: Your place of learning or study should be comfortable and quiet. Headings: One should note all the important points or headings during the learning program. Outline: One should make the outline for the subject or particular chapter. It will help you before appearing in the final exams. Punctuality: Study or learning process must be on regular basis.Q.23 Why does training sometimes fail? Sometimes training does not give you the desired results.

Management does not take part in training properly. The scope of training is limited. Training should cover all important aspects of the job. If the training is not connected with the objects and mission of the business then you cannot get the success. Training should be continuous otherwise the participants lose the focus.
