Bill Gates was also contracted by the IBM for the development and establishment of their first personal computer. He is referred to as an American Business Magnate and emerged the richest person according to the survey completed in 2008. Bill Gates has used various leadership styles in his management of the Microsoft Company. For instance the autocratic style; he has a nature of control in his practice of management. He is obsessed with checking up and detail. Bill Gates is trying to have the whole world monopolized in form of World Wide Web software market. He has had some few legal problems with the justice department. He through Microsoft restricted other internet partners’ ability to deal with its rivals (Lesinski, 2006).

Leadership, Power and Politics are three basic interrelated practices essential in running an organization aside from resources. Some people may interpret Leadership and Power interchangeably thinking that a person possessing power can be a Leader while others perceive that any individual positioned as a Leader will always have power.
The main aim of this paper was to introduce and propose checks and balances in the government to ensure creation of various aspects of political and government system with powers divided to each respective aspect. The paper also provided the right means of conducting elections at each level of the political system and appointments made at each level of government (Janda and Goldman 23).
