In order for students to access the school services without difficulty, the website should be efficient and operational at all times. AIU should upgrade the website and system in order to make services to students in time. The website development can increase student satisfaction in different ways.

The student will be able to study whenever they want. It allows for flexibility, the principal advantage for online studies (Johnston, Kilion and Oomen 2005).The website upgrade should also make communication between the student and supervisor much easier. The information makes response from the instructor to students faster. The students, on the other hand, are able to submit assignments and papers in time. The development of the websites also allows students to access campus-based resources such as library materials, and offer online technical support.

Flexibility of ClassesThe online study experience should be designed and planned to allow relative flexibility for the students. It does not necessarily mean that classes should be set in weekly intervals. There are students who would like a daily routine too. The course outline should be put online so that all students know the relevant topics. The plan should also give material to keep students involved in the coursework. This is a proven method of improving satisfaction and in the long-run, longer student retention (Johnston, Kilion and Oomen 2005).

This ensures that the quality of education offered to the student is not watered down. The availability of instructors should also be such that response to any queries as soon as possible (within 24 hours).
