From this paper it is clear that there are no ethical issues in organizations trying to attract and retain female workers because doing so is benefiting the entire society of India. When females in India work they are able to change the negative mindset of the Indians towards working females. Working Indian women are able to help their family members in bringing more food and a better lifestyle to their families. These initiatives of retaining female workers have quite a positive impact on organization’s aim of managing diversity. When more and more female workers join the workforce along the male workers, the male workers will get a chance to realize the females are equally competent and this will help in removing the long held biased attitudes towards the female workforce.
