Organizational Alignment al Affiliation) The management or leadership style used in the operations of AERO Aftermarket unit is participative in the fact that minimal staff coordinates the activities of the business and planning of the future growth of the company. The Chief Executive Officer delegates many decision-making processes to the individual sites. In order to meet the customer needs in the markets the company serves, the individuals must fulfill the duties allocated effectively (David, 2015).

The delegation and allocation of tasks ensures delivery of superior services leading to business growth. The leadership style is very effective if all the employees performs their duties with due diligence with an aim of achieving the goals of the company. In this way, there is a quick address of customer issues and there is increased accountability and clarity of issues arising. This may result to the company gaining competitive advantage in the handling and resolving of customer complaints (David, 2015).

In this management style, the team members tend to be competitive rather than cooperative since every employee seeks to perform the assigned roles better. However, there may be communication breakdown when competition ensues since the employees regard each other as rivals and not colleagues who should work towards the same goal. In this kind of management there are real teams functioning within the organization to achieve the roles of the specific department and with a common aim of achieving the overall company goals.

The teams subdivide into three sections that include finance, human resource, and the operations sections (David, 2015). Each section has the obligation to carry out its operations efficiently and the heads of the sections have the task to oversee the well running of the departments.ReferenceDavid, F. (2015).
