Balance Scorecard of Energy Industry Insert Insert Depending on data, company and the energy industry, the format of a balanced scorecard vary. Assessing the mission and the culture of the energy sector comprises reflection of the organizations’ challenges, visions, and partners pursuing the energy agenda. Other stakeholders and the organization have to identify components of the management plan that need to be communicated (Varia, 2005). Due to this assessment, there will be an increase in the trustworthiness of energy consumers and community engagement.

Focusing on customer needs in an endeavor to meet maximum expectations needs of customers and clients will be upheld through client preference strategy throughout and around the company. Inputting and tracking of the customer focused objectives, initiatives, and communication of the results has to be done with the standardized system to satisfy customers (Zimmermann & Jahnk, 2003). It will involve meeting of each objective by the departments and smaller groups, the organization has to copy the larger balanced scorecard.

Evaluating the scorecard is continuous processes, which safeguards the evaluation of energy consumer’s acknowledgement, and build the trust that is done by assessing if the process meets the objective meet customer needs.ReferencesKink, N.
