This framework is generally used for the projects whose objectives and goals are clearly stated. Basically the framework is an approach that restricted planning for things which are next to impossible.

The adaptive project management framework is implemented in project management in order to bring quality business values (Highsmith, 2009, p.167). Moreover, this framework is intended to maximize the business value under specific time and estimated fixed budget. The adaptive project management framework is the structured decision making framework in the face of uncertainty. This framework helps to reduce the uncertainty level of project outcome through quick system monitoring and controlling.

As it is based on learning process, it helps to improve the long-term project management outcomes. The study deals with the evaluation of implementing project framework approach in organization. Moreover the study will reveal the obstacles that are faced by organizations while adopting this framework. Finally the study ends with the solutions of the problems. Implementation of Adaptive Project Management Framework The project management methodology applied within organizations for the purpose of reconfigure the project management framework.

Companies should change the current regulations and policies to successfully execute the adaptive project framework approach that administrate their internal processes. To implement adoptive management framework, most importantly project management should build a knowledgeable team of experts who are self-governing and flexible and should preserve the agile-friendly environment. Organization must make sure about the style of management. To implement adaptive project framework suitable supporting and managing of team is necessary under the responsive project management environment.

Increase in proficiency of team and change in management style need a long term plan to get successful outcome from the project. The conventional project management frameworks are based on the pre-agreed sets of schedule performance and activities but execution of adaptive project management based on the efficient presumption and speculations. Obstacles Organization may face some barriers while implementing the adaptive project management framework. Organization may have to face problems beyond the operation level like inadequate recognition of resource management.

Adaptive management framework may face another institutional barrier like lacking of design capacity and resource planning (Worldbank, 2009). Here the problem arises due to the inability of project management team to understand about the adaptive project management framework. The major drawback of this framework is focusing on the output of a project rather than the resource outcomes. Moreover, the framework may result inadequate access of cost monitoring and assessment because in the deficiency of resource commitment it will be very hard for organization to evaluate and monitor the life of a project.

Implementing adoptive management framework might result momentous time lagging between the management actions and the impact of those actions. In a complex legal environment it is very difficult for the organization to collect all the information. The data which are required in the framework depends on the system which is being managed, the management objectives and enormous amount of uncertainty. Therefore the project cost increases in order to control and monitor the large amount of data collected in each of the monitoring events.

Moreover it is difficult to start off a project by implementing adaptive project management framework because the framework does not plan properly about the project. As the framework tends to complete the project within quick time, the organizations face problems like limited resources and lack of efficient project manager. Solutions In order to overcome the obstacles, the basic job for the project management team would be to understand about the in-depth concept of adaptive project management frame work.

The framework needs to identify the resource problem in vast inclusive prospect in order to set the sustainability for work. The adoptive project framework needs to focus on the resource sustainability as a strategic goal with resource designing. Moreover, the organizations must take strategies to reduce the control and monitoring cost by appointing an efficient project manager. The agency also needs to setup a schedule for analysis and monitoring and they need to re-examine the decisions which are taken in order to completion of project.

The specific projects should be handled individually in a project assessment team. The appointed project managers should manage the resources efficiently and maintain the agile-work environment. To access the project the team should consider enormous amount of up-front planning. Moreover, the initial investment of effort and time will increase the likelihood of effective decision making and resource management for future projects (Doi, 2012).
