How Does Individualism-Collectivism Influence The Sales Of Mobile Phones? The Case of the People's Republic of China Abstract Purpose: The aim of this research has been to evaluate the differences between individualism and collectivism culture in order to identify which culture is more commonly prevalent in China.
the accumulation of qualitative and quantitative methods have been conducted in order to evaluate the findings effectively. The quantitative research has been evaluated through literature review discussed by famous scholars; whereas, quantitative research has been conducted through a set of questionnaires aimed at 200 respondents randomly selected irrespective of their ages and occupation. Findings: The findings have been illustrated through graphical representation which includes both bar diagrams and pie charts. Furthermore, analysis has been done according to the views collected from the participants, which further suggests the possible factors that will be required for increasing the sale of mobile phones in China. Recommendations: On the basis of the key findings, recommendations have been provided in order to make the international companies aware about the essential factors to be considered while launching mobile phones in the Chinese markets. Furthermore, suggestions have been made which will help companies to increase their sale of mobile phones among the national consumers. ...
