GM Crops Food GM crops food The public concern for GM crops food has had a noticeable impact on the marketing of this product, particularly in the European Union. Such concerns have resulted in the suspension of approval of the foods to be placed on the market. GM crops food is first produced within the framework of the biotechnology industry to offer improved agricultural technologies to the industry’s basic customers, who are the farmers and citizens in the industrial world. They are possibly beneficial to developing-world citizens and the biotech industry, who are the producers.

Customers or the industrial world consumers play a significant role in GM crops food, as they are the potential basis on which the biotechnology organization can evaluate the effects of these foods on human health (Canavari, 2009). For the biotechnology industry of GM crops food, social media could be a better tool of communication as it will provide information to the public about the product, the services, and the enterprise itself. From this tool, the industry can get back the opinions of other people and try to rectify where critics are experienced.

This can help the producers look into the health aspect of the food in a better way (Smith & Zook, 2011). Consumers on the other hand can use direct mail to the organizations whenever they find an issue regarding the product. This aims at making the suppliers act immediately based on the feedback from the customers. An example of direct mail may be a suggestion for a certain method to reduce the health risks of foods.
