In the case of the mini grills, this can be done by;

a. Establishing benchmarks to compare actual performance with the set standard – this could include ensuring that all parts are working and that they will not break apart after use.
b. Establish processes that ensure quality
c. Document aberration from the set standard
d. Investigate the cause of the aberration from the standard
