Gold Seller Sales Script Sales person: Hello? My is Mr. Tony Cruz calling from the Goldenberg InvestmentCompany. I am sorry for interrupting you at this time of the day. My purpose for calling your company is that we deal in a variety of jewelry mainly made of golden materials. The products we deal with have been tried and tested by a number of customers over and abroad and have been found to be authentic. I am not quite sure if you have the product type that we deal with and this is the reason why I have some intrinsic questions to ask.

Please would you describe to me the quality of the jewelry you stock? Do the customers like your products? Do you have a variety of the golden jewelry? Based on your answers, I feel we can have a very productive discussion in so far as the golden jewelry products are concerned. Are you available on Friday for a brief presentation of about 10 to 15 minutes where I can give more insights into the products we deal with and have an extensive discussion together concerning the product? (The sales person is in the pre-approach stage).

Sales person: Hello? My name is Tony Cruz and I have an appointment with the management of the company five minutes from now (The sales person is in the approach stage) (The sales person being taken to the presentation room).Lady1 (yellow signal): Hello? Mr. Tony how are you doing? (Greeting the sales person while smiling).Sales person: I am well, I hope I did not keep you waiting (Looking straight into the eyes while shaking hands and smiling too). Lady2 (red signal): Actual we were beginning to get worried that you will not keep time Mr.

Tony nevertheless you are now here.Sales person: I am sorry for that though I know time is of the essence in this business, thank you for your patience.Lady3 (green signal): I think you are right on time, sir, and now that you are here can we get started Mr. Tony. Shall we?Sales person: It is my pleasure and once more I come from a Goldenberg investment company and we deal in jewelries made of gold. One of the major characteristics of the products we deal with is that they are genuine and original.

Lady1 (yellow signal): Sir, what do you mean by genuine and original?Sales person: Thank you very much madam. What I mean is that the jewelries are made of pure gold and refined with the authentic golden elements.Lady3 (green signal): I think there is a lot of sincerity in your presentation, however, explain to us how the products different from the rest in the market?Sales person: One of the major characteristics of our jewelries is that they are of high value in the sense that they are designed in different fashions to fit every need of the consumers.

Lady2 (red signal): How will your products impact on our company because we seem to have similar products here?Sales person: Wow! That is a very good question. The jewelries that we seek to provide for your company are unique and rare in the market. The various jewelries are modeled to suite everyone’s needs though they are fashionable and offers versatility to a greater extent. On the other hand, the jewelries are unisex in the sense that either of the gender can use them (Husain, 1).Lady1 (yellow signal): I am not sure about the viability of the your products.

How sure are you that we will get value for money in the products you wanted to offer to our company?Sales person: Thanks once more for the question. When we offer the products to you, we will offer three months sales services to the company through our marketing vast marketing system. We will also recommend your company to a number of our know customers and retailers and sales boosting strategy. Lady2 (red signal): When can we have the products sir or you are not very sure?Sales person: As soon as you sanction the deal.

Lady3 (green signal): I think we like your idea, but we request more time to think through the products you want to offer to us. Lady1 (yellow signal): While we like the idea, we need to look into the Nitti gritty of the whole idea.Lady2 (red signal): Thank you for your presentation, though I do not feel convinced. Sales person: I am so thankful and grateful for your time, and hope to talk to you soon about the business deal. Once again Goldenberg is the center of choice for golden jewelries. I am thankful.
