For implementing this organizational change, communication plays the most vital role because it involves in directing, controlling and managing employees of the organization. For bringing change in the organization, a communication manager makes communication plan for the employees, customers and for himself (Dow & Taylor, 2010). Employees have many expectations towards their manager therefore, communication manager makes sure that change in organization and working environment has been properly communicated to the employees. The communication manager gives regular update regarding the operational change, employee’s performance feedback and change in objectives of their organization. Coordinating with customers is also necessary for the communication manager to bring change because without customer, organizations cannot survive in the market. The communications skills of the manager drive customers to make positive attitude towards the organizational change. Similarly, a communication manager should influence and motivate himself towards the professional development, because successful organizational change is dependent on the performance of the managers (Dow & Taylor, 2010). ...
