Tutor Central is a mobile application designed to connect and enhance interaction between them. To make the idea a success, it was important to get feedback from the interviews conducted. Every student will have a class or a course he/she struggles with. To understand the concepts in such a course, it is important to solicit the service of a tutor to take one through such concepts. Asking for help from coursemates is not always effective as is evident from the interview. University-supported tutoring centers fail to offer customized services to students since the number of students is large.

Therefore, using this mobile application, students will be in a position to hire the services of better tutors and get customized services. From the interview, the challenges associated with academic resource centers include less dedicated tutors who arrive late to work and want to leave earlier. Therefore, as the interviewee’s roommate explained, he learned nothing.
