? Advertisement for LibraTech Everyone in the world today seeks a way in which he or she can do all his businesses very fast and accurately. Every individual seeks accuracy, speed, efficiency, and compression of data to enhance security and portability. For instance; the generation of today is seeking a way in which it can handle its studies and all readings in general without having to carry around heavy and bulky books. Many individuals are also bugged by the fact that they have to stay in the libraries when they want to gain accessibility to a certain book or when they want to read some specific manuals. What people are looking for is mobility and convenience. People want a reading version whereby they can access all the notes and documents from the convenience of their homes, and without having to carry heavy text books. The exact answer to all these problems being faced by different scholars has been solved by LibraTech Company. LibraTech is a Company that deals with information technology and that has tried to come up with a way of solving the reading problem of different individuals. The main objective of the company is ensuring accessibility and reducing unwieldy procedures in reading. The Company is seeking a situation where readers can access any type of book online without any difficulty. With this advanced technology, readers will also be able to read their documents very fast and easily due to the flip-page technology. In addition, eReading will also make articles which normally seem boring to be interesting due to the use of different colors and patterns. Thus, the technology also improves the reading morale of the reader and builds his or her interest. The technology is very convenient and very crucial for any person irrespective of the work that they may be doing. This is because; people can also access novels, travel books and even academic notes using the eReading version. Therefore, any individual who is seeking to access a wide variety of readings ranging from novels and notes to journals, should look no further than the LibraTech Company. In addition, individuals seeking to cut down on the time spent when reading books and manuals should embrace the flip-page technology in order to save on their precious time. Furthermore, the technology will also help them to save on time spend when searching for a book. This is because; as opposed to case where a person has to walk from one bookstore to another searching for a book, with the eReading technology all a person has to do is type the book title and click the enter button to search for it. The product will be named the ‘Read Engine’. The name is very suitable for the eReading technology since; eReading is like a type of formula that is mainly trying to help individuals to enlarge their reading capacity and save time. From Physics, an engine or machine is defined as something makes work easier. Therefore, the name indeed fits the product perfectly since; It is trying to make the reading work easier for all readers. In addition, eReading is also like an engine since it will be managing a lot of data at the same time. It will be being accessed by a large number of persons and thus; it will involve heavy duty running just like any other machine. The other reason as to why I chose this name for the product is because; it is a name that will build curiosity in many people thus; attracting a large number of customers to try out and prove if indeed the name describes it perfectly. The name will indeed create the brand image that the Company is seeking since; it is very unique and intriguing. Therefore, people will want to know what indeed is meant by the name ‘Read Engine’. Consequently, out of curiosity they will end up knowing about the technology and thus applying it in their studying too. Advertisement Plan Target Market In order to launch a perfect advertising campaign, the plan for LibraTech will first have to indicate the key target market of the company. In the use of this technology, generally the product can be said to be targeting any individual who is a reader. However, the major target market of the product is people who are consistent readers, people who usually visit libraries various regularly searching for books and also students in universities and colleges. This is a very perfect target market because; these are the major heavy users of libraries; whose problem of time wastage and missing books will be solved if they embrace the eReading technology (Lamb et al, 2011). Consumer behavior issues In determining the consumer behaviour, the Company will first have to determine the actual consumers that they will be targeting. For instance; if it targets all students around the town, then it should identify them well in order to be able to study their behaviour with certainty. The Company then has to observe the trend of the use of the product; it could also seek opinions of the consumers concerning the product in order to know whether their tastes and preferences are changing. This way, they will be able to determine the behaviour of the consumers towards their products and towards the competing products in the market (Loudon & Della, 2011). Overall Strategy The overall strategy of this advertisement is moving from one consumer to another and explaining to them the exact application of the technology and how to make good use of it in order to benefit. The advertisement also has a strategy of encouraging consumers to use the technology by mentioning the benefits to them. This is because; people will need to be convinced that indeed this method is better as compared to the reading method that they currently apply in their work. Advertising Message The advertising message of this advertisement is that every individual should indeed try this technology and reap the benefits. Every individual who has ever missed a book in a library because the books were very few in numbers or because they were very expensive should embrace this technology greatly. On the other hand, all the individuals who usually find it cumbersome and tiring when they want to move to a page in the middle of a book, should also embrace this technology in order to take advantage of the flip-page application. This will make it possible to access a page number on the document very easily and without difficulty. Therefore, every person who applies the Read Engine in his or her readings will be assured to reap benefits with no losses. Advertising Media Application and use of other advertising methods other than the advertising media will not only be very beneficial in the promotion of the product, but will also help in the publicity and vivid description of the product to the customers. Therefore, the advertisement should embrace other methods such as the television, use of billboards and posters, and use of the internet too. Advertising media helps to capture the attention of the people that cannot be reached in person or those who are not accessible using other promotion methods. Therefore, using the advertising media will indeed be improtant in the overall promotion of the product (Lamb et al, 2011). Role of each type of media Each type of media has a very crucial role to play in the advertisement plan. This is because; each captures the attention of a customer whose attention cannot be captured using another type of media (Lamb et al, 2011). For instance; the TV will capture the attention of the readers who love watching the TV. On the other hand, the internet will capture the attention of customers who might be very interested in using the internet but are not fans of the TV. Thereby, in as much as they might not be able to watch the advertisement on the TV, they will be able to receive the information from another source which is the internet. Therefore, all these campaigns have a role to play in the promotion of the product (Koekemoer, 2004). Pros/cons of the selected campaign The campaign of aiming to reach each and every individual is very important since; it will ensure that the customers are well equipped with information concerning the product. In addition, the campaign will also ensure that the company builds a close contact with each of its customers through knowing them and their interests closely. However, the campaign has a disadvantage of the fact that; it is very time consuming and cumbersome. It is also very costly due to the high involvement required. Therefore, in as much as the method may be extremely effective, it takes a lot of time to walk from one customer to another explaining the use and application of the technology. This method also requires the promoter of the product to have an electronic device such as an iPad from which he can demonstrate the application of the technology.
