Church service: service marketing
This study is a case study analysis about the overall operations of Excite Church which is facing difficulties in managing its operation for the reason of financial constraints. It is an evangelical church located in Melbourne Australia. Though the church has been attracting many visitors and the attendance is also growing but due to the financial difficulties it is not able to efficiently manage its overall operation which includes employment of full time stiffs as well as the quality of the services it provides to the visitors and the members. The main purpose of this study is to develop the repositioning strategy for the church to attract more new members to increase financial resources so that it can provide quality services to its members and the visitors. This case analysis is developed based on the academic concept and can be used for the academic purposes only.
To generate sufficient fund at a time the management of the church needs to convince the local communities as well as the new students. The pastor needs to oversee the overall management of the repositioning activities so that optimum and effective allocation of the new fund is done. The pastor also needs to strict regarding the rules and regulation including punctuality and dress code of the members.
