Scotts Speech

But the part of saying " I don't care who said that" came the problem arising. He was not able to present the information regarding that portion. He should reach them in a manner that is persuasive so that the audience can feel the essence of the message and information he is trying to impart.
]Scott should face the audience confidently and showing dependency and amazingly believing what he got from his sources, but in mentioning what the mayor said regarding the Mexican problem, that's where the revolts of the people arise.
He should not tell that to the people. Because such actions of telling bad things about other people is not good, most probably if you are to gossip that to the public. He must keep the name of the person clean. And he should stay innocent and acted just the mediator and the facilitator of the message. The message itself that will stimulate one's ears to run their ideas and think logically about the situation.

He must accept the feedback, anyway that is not his fault, he is just the medium of the information he got. He must humbly admit his fault and provide the right statement.

Step Six

The issue must be closed by providing a very evidential information, and make more deliberate responses to their questions, which is a smart and confident image. Scott should again review his paper and if necessary, he must consult more reference materials to support the intrigued case of issue and face the critics with strong defenses.
Step Seven

This case study is very good for analytic thinking. This should be presented in a more stressing situation in which the class are questioned about the situation and ask them about their reaction. This will enhance their thinking and will stimulate their ideas to give reactions with the said problem or issue.

We should think very clearly that communication needs to be done universally but in a fine manner, because some information are messed by some factors, and so destructs the whole message of it. Communicators and specially the speaker and the ...Show more
