Extract of sample "Fear of a Persons Self"

The issue can easily affect all 7 of the areas of health. Because it is a mental and emotional fear, it easily can have negative repercussions on the mental, emotional, and intellectual areas of health. The irrationality of this fear could also have repercussions on my physical, financial, social, and spiritual health. Because I might be afraid of being alone, I may not exercise unless I could do it with a group, which may not always be able to happen. I may have to spend money on helping my condition, which would have an effect on my financial health.

My fear of being alone/ of my self could also cause me to try to always be with people, something my friends may not like. It, however, could possibly have a positive impact on my spiritual health, as I may turn to the divine to try to help me with my condition.Autophobia, because it is a "phobia", or fear condition, it is hard to find exactly how many people are affected. I was unable to find exact numbers, however one website referred to it as a "common, although often unspoken" phobia.I have found several different organizations that are involved with helping people deal with this phobia.

One is CTRN(Change That's Right Now) Phobia Clinic. It offers many different self-evaluations and solutions for people with almost any kind of phobia imaginable, and included in these is autophobia. Another site is Autophobia Fear Release, which offers live support for people dealing with this condition.This disease could affect my overall health and fitness in many different ways. First, I lose the ability to be self-sufficient, and may not want to live alone, or will become horribly scared of being alone at any time.

I also may not be able to partake in activities that require me to be alone and may want to only be in group activities and or situations. This could affect how much I exercise as well, as most exercise is done alone, and I would be always afraid of being alone. When dealing with this issue, it would be important to know that however extreme the fear is, it cannot actually harm me. Also, there are many different ways for me to try to combat this fear, such as therapy and medicine, all of which would help me attempt to stay healthy when dealing with this condition.

When dealing with this issue, it is important to remember that while the fear may seem irrational, or even silly to you, it is real and horrible to the person. The person can have anxiety attacks or other problems that all could stem from his fear. It is important to understand that they are afraid of being alone and try to be with them as much as possible, and also help them try to confront being alone. For example, you could try to find a way to "always be there" for someone who has this condition, such as possibly always leaving your cell phone on, and telling them that, so they can contact you any time they need you.

This disease could easily affect many different relationships. In a romantic type relationship, the person with the condition could possibly become "clingy" stemming from their fear of being alone or unloved. The person could also be clingy with their friends and always be trying to make sure that their friends would hang out with them, which could make the friends get annoyed with the person. By communicating about this issue, it would not only help the person who was dealing with it but could also help other people learn about it.

Many people may be suffering from this condition, but just understand it as "normal", or how they always have been. Because of this, by communication about it, we can help people understand they can beat this disease, and that it isn't normal, and that they can find help.Planning and setting goals are just one way to help combat this disease. By setting goals, of possible periods of time to be spent alone, you could step by step possibly overcome your fear of being alone. You could also set a goal of perhaps, trying to be alone for one whole weekend, then keep upping the amount of time spent alone each time, until you possibly overcome the fear.

You could also plan goals with a therapist, and have them help you along the way to overcome your fear.
