3. Target Market - the target market for the business is the small business owners especially in the Bondi junction area of Australia. The reason behind this is the number of office goers and the numbers of foreigners who actually know more about the organic food and also who are more interested in organic food consumption are relatively high. Also, if the small business owners are targeted, it will be easy to handle them and also the amount of risk is relatively less. 4. Consumer Analysis - The organic food industry in Australia booming.

According to a recent study, currently the cost of the organic food market in Australia is $200-$250 million per year. This figure is restricted to the domestic market alone. Apart from this the amount of organic food exports is $50-$80 million per year. There is approximately 20-30% of consumer demand in the market for organic foods. The annual growth of the organic food market in Australia is estimated to be 60%. 5. Reaching the customers - In order to reach the customers either e-mail marketing can be considered or even point-of-sales advertising also can be considered.

Both the methods are equally advantageous. Flyers also can be distributed. These have got the flexibility in color, shape and dimensions. Depending on the analysis and alongside keeping the profit margin in mind the prices of the products can be revised. Also the transportation costs, production costs etc need to be analyzed.
