Aesthetics. The rooms will copy the Hawaiian style hotel of the United States by giving the clients a garden look with the lanai amenity. It is a luxurious 4 star hotel that will cater to the choosy tastes of busy executives, the peace and relaxation of a home away from home and it will be conducive to the educational atmosphere of a seminar.
Deadline & schedule. The twenty rooms will be constructed between November 1 to 30 2006 in order to open to the coming December clients and seminar(Hardill, 33) participants. The planning which includes the design, specifications and contracts will be ready by the end of October 10, 2006.
Planning. The design, specifications(Croak, 51) and contracts will be ready by the end of June in order to give time for the construction team to acquaint itself with the room construction technicalities.
Budget. Since only local room construction materials will be used, except the room door which will be imported from another country, and only expert construction crews will be hired, the cost of construction will be budget conscious. The budget will funded by loans with the bank and investments from prospective shareholders in the stock market. The budget will easily be recovered within five years' time based on a well researched project feasibility study.

3. End user description
Segmentation. The clients will be concentrated on the couples, their family which includes their children and seminar participants. The entire room can easily be converted to a seminar room that has a capacity to seat around one hundred fifty persons.
Culture. The culture will a London culture with the lanai garden giving the room visitors a bit of the Hawaiin climate.
Age. the clients that will be served will range from age zero to age one hundred. The staff has been trained to keep supplies like newspapers, cable television, computers as well as diapers for the infants and the senior citizens.
Number. The rooms will be able to accommodate a maximum of one hundred seminar participants when the beds are replaced by one hundred one hundred seventy (170) seminar chairs.
Physical range. The hotel rooms will give the hotel guests that feeling that the physical range is very big and this favors the hotel because the guests will feel that they paid for a room which they think is bigger than what they paid for.
4. End user requirement
PSYCHOLOGICAL. The hotel guests will feel safe inside the hotel rooms and other sections of the hotel such as the bar, the swimming pool. The hotel guests will also feel that the key hotel personnel are smiling and friendly to the hotel guests.
