A good restaurant goes beyond serving sumptuous dishes that satisfy the taste buds—it should fulfill the other senses and convey a sense of well-being to the customer. This completeness is exemplified by Fukuda Restaurant in Irvine, California which serves healthy and delicious meals in its minimalist restaurants by its customer-oriented crews. A diner who first enters the eatery will be overwhelmed by the warm greetings extended by their waiters. Courtesy and politeness, as in the Japanese culture, are shown to customers by bowing. When taking orders, these crews are very patient and courteous taking time to explain the recipes to customers who are unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine. They are very much open to questions and amidst their Japanese origin, they can remarkably communicate to diners with ease. Aside from being friendly and courteous, staff should also be complimented because of their efficiency. They cycle tables and deliver orders relatively fast with minimal pitfalls. Staff never feel like making any customers at home by extending excellent customer service.

Japanese are always known to be very concerned about profit maximization without sacrificing quality or detail. Fukuda Restaurant mirrors this commitment through its use of minimalist architecture and interior design which enhances the spirit of simplicity, authenticity, and order. True to the Japanese tradition, the restaurant features long wooden tables and benches with individual tables on the side. The use of earth hues in Fukuda restaurant is very relaxing compared to the vibrant and screaming colors utilized by most eateries. The combination of brown and the touch of green enhances the well-being of every customer. The cleanliness of the place is treated as a primary concern evident by its being well-maintained and spotless amidst the high number of people who visit the place every day.  

Lastly, the main attraction of the Fukuda Restaurant is its organic dishes which are surprisingly delicious and very satisfying. It should be noted that healthy is often connoted with being unsavory yet the restaurant proves this wrong. From their taste alone, each customer can tell that their wide selection of dishes is comprised of menus that are all freshly prepared. Fukuda Restaurant prides itself on its homemade noodles where udon is the most popular among guests. These noodles are made daily within the premises always ensuring their quality. Being recognized as meticulous when it comes to food preparation and preparation, the restaurant also combines taste with aesthetic value through the use of complementary and contrasting colors in food presentation. The restaurant shows adeptness in choosing and combining colors of both the tableware and the different flavors of the dish. Choosing to offer value for money, Fukuda Restaurant serves large servings that are priced comparatively lower than other dining places especially when food quality is taken into account.
