Are you familiar with strategic alignment How can this concept be used in this business organizationWhat are your strengths and how can they contribute to the accomplishment of your future responsibilitiesWhat are your weaknessesWhy are you applying for this positionWhat do you think are the most common problems which arise in the services division and how can they be solvedWhat do you think are the most important qualities of manager in the services divisionWhat is your definition of success How do you cope with stressI prefer someone with a background and previous experience in managing people as well as the commitment to learn new things that will be needed to become efficient in the post applied for.

During the interview process, I will ascertain the personality of the person by looking at his strengths and weaknesses. I want to look for someone who is knowledgeable about modern management techniques and is willing to apply them. However, I would also want a manager who will also have the right attitude aside from knowledge and skills. I believe that a manager should be capable of influencing his subordinates through his attitudes. He should also note the importance of aligning employees with the goals and objectives of the business organization.

Lastly, I would want him to have the recognition that front line employees in the services division are very important as they are the company's contact point with customers.
