I have great interest in choosing this career since I have the potential skills in the field of music. I can play guitar and electronic organ and even compose my own songs. I love to hear different kinds of music depending on my mood. Being an outgoing person, interest in educational workshops and health related voluntary mission, gives me an edge because I can relate to the very nature of music foundation. With my good skill in analysis, written and oral communication, I can deliver a will verse report to any future research studies. My good interpersonal skills will aide me in building and establishing harmonious relationship across all work groups and even to patients as well.
My first step is getting a bachelor's degree in music therapy from a certified MT schools and institutions with the appropriate and comprehensive education that deals with the academic coursework such as: the musical and clinical foundations and the music therapy foundations, and 1200 hours of clinical training.
