William and Michael both were employed as sales person for their respective companies, and offered phenomenal performance to their employers. However when both the employees were not able to continue their performance, the court issued the employer a recommendation, not an order, to provide possible assistance to their employees.

Introduction


Fobb and Lubners were issued warning letters for their failure to abide by the company's rules and regulations. However the court barred the employers from terminating their services, rather employers were requested to keep monitoring their performance.
Both Krajsa and Smith were successful in making their companies revise their nomination for desired post. The court further advised the employers to apply their recruitment policy, keeping in view the employee's interest and constraints. However the employer was recommended not to adopt such policy if it affects the business.
