Our business organization has based performance and skill in hiring potential candidates. Nepotism is highly discouraged as it promotes bias and does not give equal opportunity to potential employees. Worse, it often connotes to giving the job to a less qualified candidate.

In order to implement new modern strategies, it is very essential to train the staff in order to make personal understand its role in one common task and establish one clear vision that is common for all. It would be impossible to gain a success if every people work for different goals.
The purpose of this paper is to discuss these two management communication approaches normally employed in the corporate world. This paper includes my reflection about the practical experience with these approaches. The one-way management communication system receives less significance and more criticism.
The organization clerk did not clarify from the manager the proper currency to be used in the funds transfer. The finance department moved to right the wrong transfer funds act. The managers should emphasize feedback in order to determine that the message recipient understands the business communication message in vivid manner.
So, besides using clear and unambiguous language, the other challenges usually encountered in these kinds of settings are communication styles (whether low-context or high-context), attitudes towards conflicts and their manner of resolution, concepts of urgency and sense of priorities, approaches used to the idea of task completion, decision-making styles, different ways of knowledge acquisition, and the extent of disclosure expected (such as in conflicts, misunderstandings, problems at work, in personal information and even emotions related to work situations).
The integration of the marketing communication means that the company has to include all the aspects of the company attributes into the product and all the strategies used in the marketing strategy should convey the same message. Marketing mix is associated with marketing communication and this allows the company to blend its elements of promotion into other operations and the result is more purchases of their services.
And fortunately, a big computer company who was willing to develop this technology based on the idea of these youths commended this idea. They believed that there would be a large market about electronic dictionary in the country.
