It is the individual resolve to prosper as overall attitude determines the quality of life one may live (Harrell, 2003).

Communication is all-encompassing and key to human existence despite its intricacy, as messages are the means with which people relate to each other regardless of culture and race (Littlejohn & Foss, 2008).  Everyday living is dependent upon how well people state their views and perspectives.

Success and failure in every venture largely relies on the skill of delivering statements.

Communication is the fundamental tool of establishing relationship among people in any case in life (Littlejohn & Foss, 2008).

Western culture adopted the individualistic values.  Its goal is to enhance human potentials especially along the aspect of self-confidence and higher prospects in economic standing.  However, collectivism has the advantage over it (Lustig, 1996) as revealed by recent studies where Asians were found to have higher academic achievements.

Young people may develop self-esteem early in life and a potential for better economic standing.
