I am sure that sociability on one of the main characteristics of a person working with people because the main content of this work resolve itself into interaction between people. It is impossible for a person to become a successful teacher, doctor, social worker, and etc. if he/she is not able to set an open and positive intercommunication with people. I believe that I have all needful personal characteristics and skills for such work: the ability to have control over own mood, the ability to put myself in the place of another person, to skill to evaluate a person's mood, good memory (the ability to keep in mind names and peculiar characteristics of people), patience, etc.
But as it is generally known nobody is perfect. Every person should constantly develop and improve own skills and capabilities.
