'My Vocational Profile' Skills My background being of engineering and the science education I possess a scientific approach and outlook towards various happenings in the surrounding. In addition, I am considerably good skilled in public relations and in public speaking. Values This is something that I have received from my immediate family especially from my father, and has ingrained deep into me. Speaking with reference to my work, I value time the most; that of mine and also that of others.

In my college and in between my colleagues I am known for generally being on time for submissions and other tasks. Another thing that I believe in is ethics. I define it as a set of rules that are in tune with one's own personality and beliefs. No one else can set the principles of one's ethics other than oneself. I give respect to people irrespective of their social standings and demand the same from others; though not in a reciprocative manner. Another thing is that I value work no matter however small and whatever kind it might be.

Presently I am working part time as a waiter in a restaurant because it helps in getting some income and gives me a new opportunity to meet new people all the time. Interests The activities of my interests might sound to be somewhat common but this is what they are. I like to visit new places and meet new people; especially people who are unlike me in thinking, in behaviour and in lifestyle. I try understand why they are what they are. I like to travel to different places, possibly alone, which gives me enough time to think and digest what I see.

I like to learn new things from different sources. Reading also interests me a lot. The kind of readings includes current affairs, business trends, readings about various personalities and science related readings regarding latest discoveries and inventions. Motivation My dreams are the biggest source of my motivations. I am ambitious by nature. I get motivated whilst reading about personalities and by knowing how many great men like Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi have brought about revolutions in their own time in spite of a number of odds.

I also read literature regarding Abraham Lincoln and this also provides me inspiration in great deal. Personality I am more of an extrovert kind of a person and like to socialise with people, form a part of various formal and informal bodies like clubs and organisation. I like to be with people but too much interaction drains my energy. I need some time with myself at the end of the day, which I spend while walking after the dinner. I also need some periodic breaks, something like twice a year to recharge myself.

During this period I like to do things of my interest that I can't do normally. I am a right brained person as far as decision making is concerned. Same is the case while dealing in interpersonal relationships. Conclusions My personality, likes, interests and values reflect the tastes of a young and aspiring individual aiming to do what ever he does in the most perfect manner. This perfection might not win me a Nobel Prize in my field, but shall provide me with satisfaction of having done things in the best possible manner.
