and Section # of Self Assessment Self assessment test actually belongs to the individual assessing of thoughts and preferences. The self assessment test shows the results that are assessed by the individual itself and involves different psychological models that help in self assessment. Thesis statement: Do people go into certain professions or occupations according to their "type"I do not agree that all the people go to specific and certain profession but I do agree that each personality chooses his/her type of profession.

The test result will be according to my self assessment as I know that my result is based on strong judgement. I am extrovert who mainly depend on thinking not on feeling and thus according to my thoughts each single person chooses the profession in which he/she has more skills and experience rather going in a profession of which he/she do not have any idea. The most important strength that is given by this test to me is introvert, sensing, thinking and judgement. Whereas, the other are the weakness and are usually belongs to the one who are shy and have weak judgement senses.

I got ENTJ result in which I agree with N but do not agree with E. the thing is that introvert are usually the more sensible persons as they use to think more and extrovert speaks what they feel. The one who is more bold use to speak what they feel but have less time to think but introvert are the one who use to think more and has more powerful judgement. Moreover, the sensing is the most important factor in self assessment as the sensing only provides results with solid reasons. For example according to strong sense it is clear that the people join the profession according to their type and field and this is practically true also where as the intuitive way do not provide such solid reasons.

According to my results and self assessment this ENTJ support my results as this is on more solid reasons and provide the true examples in daily life. The thinking is better than feeling. A person might feel wrong but when it think deeply then he can evaluate different results that finally support him in his career. Similarly the sensing is better than initiative as sensing help the person in finding his best career. I will be disagreeing with my self assessment results when it mainly depends on assumptions and feelings rather on thinking.

The one who is extrovert do immediate results and are very restless and thus such people can not assess better results. Moreover, I disagree with perceiving and feeling as different people perceive differently for the same situation as the situation as their perception differs. Moreover, it's not important that each person perception is strong and thus can provide a better result. Fore career making perception and feeling do not suit better rather a better judgement of the situation with better thinking can provide a better result.

Energetic personalities are extrovert and such personalities do not give a long lasting thinking and results. Feeling, intuitive, and perception is the most important factor for me if I disagree with my self assessment results.According to my end result, ENTJ is the most important way for the career as it provides solid examples to show that in choosing the career the long term thinking is most important thing with better sensing and judgement.
