In the process of managing operation, the business needs to have the social aspects of the transformational process. The organization necessarily needs dimensions of comprehension, contextualization and valuation and these are factors essential in transformational process and in gathering quality information. In the model of transformational process comprehension is significant because it constitutes the common syntactic space and this is a prerequisite in a successful transformational process. Comprehension is an important factor because the language or syntax devoid any logic that is considered too complicated. Another important factor in the transformation process is the internalization that constitutes the interpretative space and it is part of the major prerequisite. Any information cannot stand alone and they always appeared as personalized and it comes into social context. The art director works on the non verbal aspects and he determines the visual look and the intuitive feel about the advertisement. The creative director is also known as the former copywriter and they keep focusing on the creative product particularly in the final takes of the advertisement. Part of the transformational process of advertising agency includes resonance dimension wherein they resonate with the audiences through the execution of the advertisement. In the process of resonance the agency gets the attention of the audience and captures their imaginations. The advertising agency maintains their ads to be informational wherein they work on positive originated motives and this is part of their performance in creating resonance. The advertising agency needs to have a relevant dimension wherein they give emphasis on how the message of the strategy relates to the needs and wants of the audiences.
