Taking up the latter one, increasing the legal accountability and responsibility of a certain worker on his or her profession could be perceive as an ethical one. This is mainly because not all of the mistakes and errors during the event of practice are because of the worker's fault. Though human beings are generally imperfect and that their actions often results to mistakes, professional errors can be partly blamed on other factors other than the practitioner. On this reason, marginal errors during application of professional practice should also be accounted and be studied setting the standards in medical practice and lessening the mistakes in this profession.

On the positive side, indeed increasing the legal accountability and responsibility of the practitioner will also increase the standards in professional practice. Since they will become more accountable for their actions, it is probably that they will significantly become more dedicated and focused on their profession. It is like a simple logic of increasing the penalty to promote dedication to one's work and practice. However, since the disadvantages on the said proposal will also complicate the ethical aspect of the practitioner then other measure should be studied and applied aside from raising the stakes of their actions.

Improving the other factors in a medical practice will significantly lessen the marginal errors for its application. In addition, further training could be given to the practitioners for them to further develop their skills and knowledge regarding the said field. Indeed raising the bars for the medical practitioners will reciprocate higher standards and service however, ethical aspects for the part of the practitioner should also be regarded. Thus aside from raising the legal accountability and responsibility of the medical practitioners, further assistance and development must also be given to them to promote excellent service and lessen the errors and mistakes that can occur in the application of their profession.

Certainly, the experiment that the professor from McHenry Community College was not assisted with proper proceedings of handling any psychological experiment. Thus, this makes the entire experiment avoidable. Besides, approving it would make drugging a student for the sake of school achievement would become legal. This is highly unethical on the part of any educational, psychological or even a medical practitioner in that matter. Yes, obviously, the professor who handled the experiment lost track of the responsibilities that he had with regards the importance of carrying an experiment towards a procedural pattern that would best benefit the people or the stakeholders that he aims to help.

In this case, the value of health and the value for achievement had been viewed in much imbalance that the health of the students who took the liberty to volunteer in taking the smart pills was even endangered through the said process. The entire operation taken into consideration by the professor was not at all according to process, hence making the entire result, valuable or not, a null outcome of an unguided experiment.
