The lack of human technical and domain expertise would make the analysis of the business case quite imperfect in nature and there would be not much correlation among the contiguous stages in the project. Lack of domain expertise would make the information system design deficient of identifying the business side of the system project and its correct representation of the ideas and concepts would fail to mature at the technical front.
